I’ve been an assistant professor of psychiatry at area medical schools. I have also achieved the honor and distinction of fellowship status. This is at both the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM).

We view addiction and psychiatric issues as “family diseases.” This is because addiction and psychiatric disorders can have drastic effects on those around the patient.
